In this episode I talk about the sub-par Canadian Copyright Consultations that the Conservative government is conducting during the summer of 2009.
Copyright is a wide reaching topic that should be engaging everyone in Canada. However this will not be the case since there are only a handful of special “invite only” round tables and only two town hall forums with which to educate and hear from all over Canada.
I really hope you take the time to visit the http://Copyright.Econsultation.ca government website. If you and I do not contribute our thoughts and ideas on copyright now we run the risk of having a draconian system of copyright laws imposed upon us!
